The data that we collect is clearly visible on the respective form. We give your phone number to the shipment company in case there is a problem in finding your delivery address. We give your email address to the shipment company so you can be informed about the shipment status (Track & Trace).
We use the data that you have provided exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling and processing your order, preparing an invoice and answering any questions you may have. The data-processing follows legal requirements. After completely processing your order the data is deleted after the mandatory storage periods defined in tax and commercial legislation.

We do not use any web analysis software such as Google Analytics or Google Adwords Conversion Tracking. We have an advert with Google Adwords and we have an entry in Google Business. Accordingly, Google prepares anonymous access statistics for us, but this data does not allow us to identify you by name.

You have a right to be provided with information free of charge relating to your stored data and, where applicable, the right to correct, block or delete this data.
